When I restart phone my ipv6 changes always does but ip stays the same, does that mean ip is different when it changes only the ipv6

I have unlimited data on my phone, sometimes the ip changes, sometimes not any tips how to make it under control? Should I use 4g or 5g or maybe 3g for easy change of ip?

Last time I used Shopify trial I was able to test how the checkout process works and place some test orders which I could see in my store(during my free trial) but now with my second try(different email, new free trial) I can't even get that far and when trying to place an order from 'buy now'...
