Thank you, Mastery577. Follow-up question: I have some pages that are helpful to visitors, but pull large chunks from public domain sources. Should I noindex such pages to play it safe?

If content is explicitly public domain (project gutenberg, etc) does Google penalize copy/paste content? Does this even count as plagiarism?
