Why would the first one be no, I am using a whole different IP now that I have a different router.

I bought a residential IP, it passes IPHey and multiple other sites but can't pass pixelscan. I only have one shot at making the ads and GMC account pass as I have connected an LLC to this. Do you think this should be fine, I also don't want to pay too much for mobile proxies.
