So all the accounts will have a different credit card? In such manner, i can run only 3-4 different campaigns at max. any other work around?

The best way to avoid suspension is to create an agency account and then setup AdWords account under that agency account. Call Google support and ask them for your affiliate marketing approval, because in that case, you need to share each and everything real that owned by you for that account and you can say that you are an affiliate with the network, Get a Letter from You A.M about your affiliate standardization with that network.
Don't try to push with google adwords, They are smart these days.

Using the same card on multiple accounts will definitely get you suspended for "Circumventing Systems", however the "Suspicious Payments" can be overturned with appeals. There are some tricks to submitting a good appeal. Keep it short, 2-3 sentences when describing the problem. Also if you can get an MCC/Agency to submit the appeal that may help. Don't be afraid to re-appeal if it doesn't work the first time.
I work for Polar Advertising and they have a good success rate getting accounts reinstated using these tricks.

Same Payment issue, i do got suspended by them even im using Manual Bank Transfer and not yet transfering the money to my account. It is always happening since 2017.
I don't know why, but all i think it seems like we need luck to get the account running even if we are running whitehat ads not blackhat.
Also im thinking that using old account like an old Gmail that never run ads and doing payment will have the same result / suspend.
Maybe you should try to buy somebody adwords account that has been running ads for long, and ask her/him to do adwords payment with their bank account for you. Kinda like asking them to run your ads with their account.

I am thinking of using a new IP, just wondering should I not log back into my old suspended ads accounts with my IP ever. Does this also mean my old gmail accounts.

You don't need to give up your old gmail accounts, if you still need them, just keep the things separately, make sure you use an appropriate browser, putting all new stuff into a new VM with a rock solid proxy will do the job.

No, you still need to change the ip but it's not enough, you need a clean browser so you might found some that support several proxies, if you don't like the idea of VM.

I just changed my home IP and will be using that as the different IP. Would you recommend I use that with an anti-detect browser like adspower?

Anti-detect browser, yes though I am more inclined toward VM solution. You should know for sure that your ip has changed but regardless that perhaps you should go for rotating mobile proxies, if you will ever get the new account banned. Just keep the things tidy, make sure you don't confuse/ mix ips and accounts. I guess you can find good providers for everything on this forum.
