I'd say we are seeing around $3 per 1k views right now. Adsense has been a bit cheap in recent months. Peaked last November, then steadily declined. Traffic and engagement has increased over time though.

I think we're a little on the low side with our CTR/CPC - we get around 300 per day with those numbers, unless something has gone viral. I think you're right - a lot more optimising to do! Thanks!
