I'm not interested in fake views since those appear to be riskier with adsense accounts attached. But can someone comment if the risk is still as present with youtube subs, I mostly just want the first 100 on a channel I'm starting so I can make sure to secure the url I'm after.

Wouldn't suggest doing that, since there are actual established artists on there. Then sometimes artists sample from somewhere else and that can trigger warnings.

Good list, would suggest adding finding a way to keep a positive mindset and then finding a way to balance things out so that you have a personal life if your grinding too much.

Never really planned on using chitika, but I appreciate the link. Since it demonstrates the value of adsense and making sure you don't violate their terms and to be more aware and cautious of what you're doing.
