Don't use McAfee, it's a bad antivirus with outdated databases, tons of false positives and intrusive in general.

If you want your own brand use prtful/printify/a local print solution + shopify/bigcartel/woccommerce ect... If you want to make some random designs just go for redbubble/teepublic (protip use both). If you are a famous but lazy youtuber just go for teespring (btw It's trash).

Dunno the program you are using, to rip a whole ig account content I use a chrome extension (just search instagram chrome downloader, it is the first result in the chrome webstore). I like it because it keeps all images in a zip file that i can later unzip to google drive.
