Todays last update: it took them 2 days to publish latest update for one of my apps. It was complete all with few bugs fixed.

As I understand, they manually review all apps, even updates.

Yeah, the same here. It usually take them 7 days because of Corona.

Or maybe at least that long, that users will start organically downloading your game and playing it for the whole day ;)

No, it will be terminated again. Legally, due to their TOS, you're not allowed to open another account. Sure, you can try to open it on new name (not your relatives, but company for example), from different IP, etc., but don't use it on the same apps like before. Make sure not to connect it...
