Could anybody redirect me to an area where I could learn about growing IG accounts to redirect traffic to my site?

I took a look at shoutcart, was going to buy a shoutout then realised I had to deposit 50$ which unfortunately I don't have at the minute. Shame.

Yeah, I agree with you I think. Update: I've added prices to all of my items in the store, low prices albeit. I've added a couple of high ticket items too, but the majority are still under $15 for pricing. Gonna take a look at instagram now. I've already got one account that I started working...
