Is anyone familiar with the Email CPA Mastery Course created by, I believe, Jason Carter? I have been unsuccessful in finding what appears to be a legitimate copy (I've found a few sites with only an image, payment button and download link but they don't contain his branding and look sketchy)

I don't presume to speak for the poster, but "renting a list" typically means preparing an email for a list owner to send to his list on your behalf.

Thanks! Yes, I've seen a few that send to their lists on a CPM basis, but the CPM costs were rather high and typically had minimum ad spends of $5,000, which is too high for experimentation. I don't know if this is appropriate, please forgive me if it is not, I recognized the cost per subscriber...
