Hope you at least made some good money off of it. I would've paid a decent rental fee for a solid account.
Use of same name depends if they're able to link it to your old one. After all, there could be thousands of people with the same name as you.
When you say dropdown with another email, I...
Yes, you can. There are limitations. I think most states would say no to a 14 year old manning the oven, but he certainly can run the dishwasher.
I had more legal income at 14 than some deadbeat adults do now.
I already spelled it out kid. I give leeway for being a kid, but not for being...
Just adding: those laws exist for good reasons. Debt collectors would call people at work and school to embarrass them into paying. Sometimes lose their job. Not "gucci" at all. That's why its now not legal.
99% of the time its already off the books, and its not paypal that you owe anymore.
Ok, lets ELI5:
I'm paypal. You owe me $300. When I call you to ask for it back, you hang up. Hell, I've seen you in the grocery store and you turned and ran away.
I have better shit to do. Fuck this...

Ok, well I did that and it did start running ads.
Then yesterday I added the real campaign with the cloaking in "under review" status (no forwarding to real money site) and the new ad once again said "account is under review".
Today the account says suspended for major or repeated violations.
That's what I'm asking. The first day it actually said "your account is under review.." when hovering over the 'eligible' bubble. Now it just says not displaying due to low ad rank. Do they normally notify when out of review? I know you have to overbid at first to get traction..
Well as I said, I did make that mistake with the last attempt. I was using a VPS that was running windows server and I didn't even finish setting up the initial clean campaign before it got suspended.
This time its a windows 10 remote desktop on a verizon business IP. Didn't go straight to...
