Adwords Accounts Question

i have an my original account that against everyones own will i let someone from BHW use it because you all know ive been starved for money. i ended up owing money the guy was a fruitcake, my balance says $300 so i mite still have money in there. its been suspended, i understand you dont get them back but ive contacted them and see what happens

i have another account from an adsense account i bought because you get a new google account, its in good standing but old

i have a coupon for a new account and wouldnt have thought of it but in the accounts dropdown there was another email and when i go to it it asks me to start an account. will adwords not allow it if i use any of the same personal information, i have different cards, and wouldnt use the same sites

Use of same name depends if they're able to link it to your old one. After all, there could be thousands of people with the same name as you.

When you say dropdown with another email, I assume you mean the burned account and new account are both showing up? If that is the case then you already burned it.
