After I complaint on BBB they paid immediately, so simply go BBB website and create new complaint mention their e mail.. and proof everything, they will pay it

Unfortunately you have to wait 180 days there are no other options. I’ve been in same situation so don’t try to reach out them. If you suspended so that mean there are reason I never saw people reinstate their account. In e mail you can see “payment lifted date” so you can expect deposit on that...
