The footer anchors come from several sites that use a free theme that is avalaible for WordPress.

I was going to change the anchors to brand anchors and try to rank it with good content, but the person who is responsible for the footer anchors suddenly stopped responding to emails. Now I'm stuck with the site and don't really know how to make use of it.

I have a DA 60 domain that has an anchor profile consisting 95% from "WordPress Themes" anchor located on the footer of other sites. What should I use the domain for? I doubt it would rank for anything, but would it make sense to redirect the domain to a new site?

What's your strategy for getting Google plus likes and shares safely? I've read its increasingly helpful for serps, but it's Google so I assume blackhat tactics are easier to get caught from.
