So, i messed up and shipped an iPad to someone in Russia without delivery confirmation. The dumb bitch filed a did not receive dispute against me and about 5 others on ebay. So, i took some other people's advice and i said that she bought an intangible item, or service from me. I can do this...

Does anyone know how many did not receive disputes you can file before paypal bans you?
