Site was not slapped by Google... Manual action (which I was notified of 6+ months ago) only affected links pointing to site. After manual action, all keywords were holding strong at the #1 spot and even had site-links. The proof of this is the exact verbiage that is stated in the Webmaster...

I hope I'm experiencing nothing more than google dance with my keywords that you are working on, because I noticed my site has fell completely off the map for not only the keywords I provided here, but for many others as well. Have not received report as of yet and staying hopeful.
