I prefer brand only domain for ecommerce. but actually it depends on your source traffic. if you use SEO, keyword domain will give a help for ranking.

never had bad experience with namecheap, their CS so responsive and knowledgable. did you do something with your domain?

one issue: trademark will take a lot of money. how much should someone sell it to get profit? second issue: someone will think twice to buy that domain name. and just choose another domain extension.
