I feel in the tattoo niche you can give shoutouts without looking too spammy because you can make it seem like you're just telling people the artist in the picture. Also you get many more shoutout requests in this niche from people wanting to get their tattoo featured :)

I have 13 accounts running on one IP created on about 8 devices but now used on about 4 devices and i've been fine and never experienced any troubles. Although i'm not sure the consequences when you scale this up to 50 accounts.

I do agree with dangreenhill plus making sure your content is what your followers want to see. I think some of your followers are probably accounts like you said that follow for follow alot of people so they won't see your posts on their feed. Furthermore I guess you could try and encourage...

I often get spammed by comments telling me to subscribe to a certain youtube channel so other people are doing it. You should try it out I believe you may be able to get it working if you do it right.
