what adblock are you using that removes the ads in youtube clips? i have a small memory that i have had one working like that for several years ago, but that they doesnt work
also, it depends on what kind of movies we watch, for example most or all videos that i watch from modern day prophets...
i guess you can download the youtube clips you want to see/hear in the background with for example "youtube-dl" (a linux bash script) and later play them and there will be no ads.
