The facebook ads are for a Clickbaiting site (like Upworthy/BuzzFeed/ViralNova). Since I have different types of articles the niches are technically different. I monetize through AdSense so CPC under 0.1 USD isnt that proifiting.

I don't think there are any set ratio. Google is pretty smart, just make it seem natural. For example, if you have a site like say Youtube, having 70% links to homepage and 30% to inner pages would make no sense. It's more likely that people would be linking to an individual video than the homepage.

Depending how engaging his/her fans are that number could increase alot by likes & shares. But yeah, you're right, 20k followers generally won't generate that much money through adsense.
