I think IPv6 can also be categorized into residential and non-residential. It’s simple, many households use wifi routers with IPv6 addresses. As for datacenter IPv6, I’ve never really heard of it. Also, I’ve only seen IPv6 being used for scraping Google SERPs, not for warming up Instagram...
