Sometimes my proxies just stop working randomly mid-task, and I’m not sure why. Is there a tool or a way to diagnose proxy issues so I can avoid interruptions?

That’s frustrating. Proxy interruptions usually happen because of things like blacklists or unstable connections. Have you tried testing them before starting your tasks?
Not really. I’ve just been switching proxies whenever they fail. Is there an easier way to figure out what’s wrong?

To diagnose and prevent proxy issues, consider using Proxy monitoring tools like ProxyRack, Smartproxy, or ProxyMesh, which can help track proxy performance, detect downtime, and provide detailed insights. These tools monitor connection stability, response times, and failure rates, allowing you to identify when proxies are failing and take action before tasks are interrupted. Additionally, check for potential issues like IP blacklisting, network congestion, or misconfigurations that could be causing interruptions.

You should try IPFighter. It checks for issues like blacklist status and DNS leaks and scores your proxies, so you can spot problems before they mess up your tasks.

What is the exact error message appearing? Maybe your proxies disconnect from time to time? You could contact your proxy provider to receive proper explanations

What types of proxy are you using?

If you have proxies from other providers, you can run a test if it's an issue on your end or an issue on the provider's end. If it's occurring regardless of provider, then perhaps you need to re-evaluate your connection environment or connection setup.
