Yes excessive unfollowing can get you suspended just like excessive following. I suggest just unfollowing over the time of a week or so. Maybe 150-200/day or less to be safer.

For the catch all email thing just read the userguide that comes with the account creator. If you need emails I suggest just buying them. I bought 1k hotmails from this guy and they worked good for me...

Also do you guys trust the stats from bit.ly? I have noticed a huge difference between their stats and my affiliate account stats.
