Yes I've had issues with the YT accounts as well and I know it's not the Op fault.

But I did purchase a test run of 25 YT accounts from someone else who used Gmail accounts to set up the YT accounts and after 4 days ALL accounts are still up and loading videos.

You might want to try using the Gmail method too.
