The issue here is not moving money from 1 paypal to another, its the fact that the OP wants to completely avoid withdrawing to official bank accounts. It needs to be completely stealth with bogus info.

From experience, I will never deal in Pc components/electronics after numerous deadbeat buyers claiming products were damaged or not working. Paypal more often than not, will always take the buyer's side in that category, its classified as "high risk".

Its worth chasing the account, but just confirm all the info is safe and you can't linked in any way shape or form if you chose to open another. Addresses, IP address, seperate user account cookies, phone numbers, EVERYTHING.

The problem is there are no real prepaid cards to withdraw in the uk... save Cardone. But if everything is done in a stealth name how the hell do you get that verified, plus you would have to intercept the actual mailing address.
