Yes I am aware that they already rank 5th but they want to rank 1st. I don't think they have had and SEO work done on/off site. They are willing to pay a bit for quality results. I dont want to do it as 1. Its all new to me and 2. I would rather someone who knows what they are doing do this for...

I have a strange one. My ad is showing as approved but with a speech bubble beside it stating "This ad is not eligible to run". What is that all about ? Is there anything I can do to make it eligible...or is it just a different way of Big G telling me to bugger off lol.
