Do you need someone who creates this for you, or do you need help with your own code?

If the second one suits just post your code. The chance of getting an answer (also getting a correct one) is way higher.
That was just a joke my eyes where bad right after I was born and the lost time pays off very well. If I wanted to learn a different job, I would also have to spend time.
But nevertheless JavaEE espacially in connection with JSF and EJB gives you big money for not so long hours of not so dull...
Depends on what kind of a Bot.
I've created a Guid Wars bot a few years ago with C++ because I had to work very close to RAM.
On the other hand I am currently developing a web based bot for automating a website which I do in Java.
In my opinion Photoshop is way better. More features, nicer handling and better performance. But in my opinion the most important fact for choosing Photoshop is the neatless integration in other Adobe products like After Effects or Flash.
Or you can look for an older version of After Effects. It mustn't always be CS6, even CS4 or lower (of course this depends on your needs) could be enough.
I would also recommend Camtasia. Somebody mentioned SnagIt. It's also a great software created by Techsmith but it focuses more on screenshots. There are missing a few nice Video features but for short clips without transitions and stuff like this, SnagIt is good enough.
