I say go back to the basics... Find a similar product(s) in the niche. Read the reviews - negative ones show what people want and may be lacking in the marketplace, and read the good ones that 'wish' it had something. Fill the hole and you have a USP.

I've been using Digital Access Pass. Pretty powerful and awesome support. Integrates well with PayPal and ClickBank. Wishlist is also nice. If you've got the dough, and don't want to admin the site yourself - Kajabi worked pretty well for me in the past. Good luck!

Both have effective benefits. And the debates are heated. Personally, I prefer White Hat, since it's a bit less work. Once you set everything up, and do the foundational work, a few real backlinks and you're ranking. Black Hat is great, but SO much work since Google is always changing things...
