Apart from piratebay whats the best way to get a torrent out there seen by lots of ppl and more chance of being downloaded?

is there any other way i can get a torrent seeded and seen publicly for downloaded like you can with piratebay, everywhere else theres either a review or it just doesnt show up publicly enough to download
