It sucks. I've suffered from this update as well. They are definitely clamping down on thin websites. 500 words articles is not enough anymore. 1-2k seems to be what they favor the most, meaning we have to adapt to this new way and make it work or fall behind.

Great job man, I just spent about 6 hours (of nonstop work) doing a 2100 "Best" article. I can't do them all the time because they take so long and require immense brain power, so now and then is good.

I know right. Why waste time with all these different blogs when you can build one AWESOME blog. Traffic and income starts to snowball with an authority site, you don't see mini $1 per day sites doing that.
