What do you mean by up? Do you want the bar on top of the picture or do you want the tweet box to the left of the other icon or is it alignment you are looking for?
The advantages are age, that it is a top level url and has 100 visits a week. Are you able to park it? The disadvantage is length and multiple words both of which can diminish value. Some domain sales websites won't list anything longer than 10-15 characters. Look at the prices for similar names...
