OP, you're really asking for something that is impossible imho. Out of the 7,000 proxies I have verified in the previous 24 hours only 212 of them are from the USA. South America and Asia seem to have the most public proxies available, although I am not sure why.

There sure aren't many UK public proxies available. Of the 7,000+ I have verified in the previous 24 hours, only 12 of them are from the UK. As for paid proxies, there are probably countless domains offering paid UK proxies, just try a google search.

Xrumer has the ability to sort forum threads by thread number, but it's not really worth the $700 just to do that... If I were you, I would probably strip everything before the thread or profile number, and then do a reverse sort using the linux command line.
