I think this is a-little dubious....and no im not saying this as a hater, but as an experienced operator...just assume I really know something about this, and FYI unless u buy a domain not expired it wont transfer over the authority, no matter what someone trying to sell them has to say about it...
Its funny how an article about Shopify Layouts and how it signals the difficulty of e-commerces comes to someone saying blaming big companies wont help you succeed and is perceived as complaining...I think most of the feedback here is misguided...read the title and then think about your reply...
So what if your a e-com site that sells cat food, you have a category page called : cat-food, can you also have an article called ideal cat food: how to feed your cat? Without running into these cannibalization issues?
what about these sites that post free images, they sign over the rights to those images once they are uploaded, and piss off - I mean free stock image sites, i wouldn't touch anything else
I get the idea of topical authority
laptops, best laptops, etc, but you start running into issues of keyword cannibalization, etc, whats the best way to find articles to build topical authority?
