Does anyone know how to get chat support in the business manager? I read somewhere that if you spend money on the personal ad account it will activate but not sure if thats true.

Hey so you think all these services on here wont help with adding as an administrator on an account because they are farmed? If I want to add myself as an admin to my sisters business manager what are the best profiles to look for? Had a quick look on Craigslist and couldn't find anything.
