Does anyone know how to get chat support in the business manager?

I read somewhere that if you spend money on the personal ad account it will activate but not sure if thats true.

Open Google , Facebook help center > visit community to help > then ads or Ur issue > something appear that say need more help contact us , you can contact them like this.
