I wouldn't use follow unfollow beyond 3-5k followers. At that point you should have enough followers to go semi viral everytime you post good content. If you don't post good content and aren't very engaging with your audience, you might have to keep relying on folllow unfollow to maintain growth...

Something doesn't seem right. You shouldn't be getting banned immediately after before doing any actions. Even with shitty proxies / accounts (for the most part). You must be leaving some kind of other trail that is getting you flagged immediately.

whats the best way for an american to do this? I know some countries you can buy sim cards for 1$.... In USA it seems like the lowest cost cell service is like 5-10$ a month and it takes a couple days to setup just to get a sim card...
