Should I stop follow/unfollow or keep doing it?

I wouldn't use follow unfollow beyond 3-5k followers. At that point you should have enough followers to go semi viral everytime you post good content. If you don't post good content and aren't very engaging with your audience, you might have to keep relying on folllow unfollow to maintain growth which is bad. If you need to rely on follow unfollow to continue growing after a certain point, you are doing something wrong.

Look at how your engagement is without doing it and when doing it, you may get more info on your current followers and their actual engagement with your page.
