We mix. Usually build like 4 posts per blog page around 1000-1500 characters, then put quantinty of links pointing to it from variety of sources. Worked well and still works.

Used email grabber and then filter by keyword. Works well for me.

We've used Gscraper to find milions of link. Lots of them to seed off, however we have tons of links for automatic linking and manual as well. The downside of this soft is pretty high cost of proxies.

I had the same problem, I solved it with dedicated proxies for scrapebox. Not all private proxies work well with it.

Yes we've been using deathbycaptcha and antigate now. It's a bit more expensive option overall but looking at success rate of auto tools we can't afford loosing so many links while we do dozens linking profiles at the same time. So I'll stick with paid services too.
