Plimus is great but you can't transfer money out. They pay every 2 weeks. I'd stay away from Google Checkout as they like to "limit" like Paypal does.

sell it as a WSO. I know you say that they don't allow the "make xx per month" but why not just change up the title of the book or whatever says that. WSO's sell like crazy almost every time. That's where I'd start.
