Can Someone PLEASE Tell me what this is...

I've been trying to find out what this advertising image is called (there's a name for it) but I can't figure it out. I have to have one made for a client and I have no idea where to go or even where to start looking.

An example of one would be Gary Vaynerchuks FB page.


Or Ryan Deiss facebook


It's the graphic, cut out, map looking thing on their landers.
