I actually called pp and said im not sure the supplier is legit and what if he sends me empty box etc...their response was that I am covered under their buyer protection policy either way and all I need to do is open a dispute saying item not as described. They confirmed I will get my money...

I have question regarding scams with china suppliers. If they accept paypal then how can they be scammer right? I just read on here that pp holds your funds for 100 days or something. So then, that must mean that they cant scam you cause if they do they wont get their money. Am I missing...
