If you do a search for list of pr10 sites you'll get loads of sites with a list of them.

You could try stripping your site down to get rid of any onpage seo that might be affecting the site, if that doesn't work then you must have something off site that's causing issues for your site.

I would go with a .org or a .co.uk but that only works if your from the UK

I use wordpress templates for alot of my basic sites and it all looks fine, you can make some simple tweeks and that'll be ok.

Black hat is a term that was used well before the forum would have been around so you shouldn't have a problem unless you have a domain like applecomputers as that will probably cross copyright laws.

You can rank for any keyterm that you want to really, if you make sure your onpage is spot on and then do all the things you need off page you can rank for anything you want.

I always use open site explorer, it's always a bit out of date for the data, but it's got a good amount of quality to it.

If you do a search for "Tracking Multiple Domains with Analytics" and it's the in the top position, it looks like just a change to the analytic code that you add to the website.

Looks legit and not to bad of a site but looking at peoples pages it's all nofollow on the links so not sure what people would really gain from it.
