is there some way to quickly check banned hashtags? Other then searching for it within Instagram. Also is there a way to have a post appear in hashtags again if you accidentally posted with banned hashtags but then edited them out once you noticed?

As title says I want to make a second Instagram account and run F/UF on it. I have already made the second account in the past but it was made using the same mobile number as my main. I was wondering if the second account had any action taken against it would it affect my main?
