Banned hashtags

is there some way to quickly check banned hashtags? Other then searching for it within Instagram.

Also is there a way to have a post appear in hashtags again if you accidentally posted with banned hashtags but then edited them out once you noticed?

Not really, Instagram doesn't even know half the time which of their hashtags are banned.

Generally, yes. The only way to know for sure is to post again and check to see though. Sometimes it may take longer if your account has been flagged.
