This personally worked for me. You just need to be patient and give Instagram a rest.

Delete the app and rest for a week or two. No need to change Apple ID etc. Just don't try log in and do not touch the application for a bit!

I use around the same amount of hashtags every post and there used to be no problem. Also have no idea about the proxy thing you're talking about. I don't use Jarvee or those stuff atm.

Hey guys! This morning, I was awakened to needing to do a phone verification. Then I've realised that my account was banned for like 5 hours when I was sleeping and didn't getting any engagement. Once I've verified, it was ok but now the content I post don't even reach the hashtags?.. Not even...

Great! Scary - my main account just needed to go verification and right after it did, I saw it at 0 posts, 400 posts and then back to normal... I think I may be at the brink of being banned!

I don't think I'm either seeing small accounts on explore page but sometimes you can get on hashtags if you use powerlikes along with your own followers. In the past, I use to use a followforfollow app to get tons of followers, however I think the app is banned from the appstore or something now...

Yes I was one, but I turned it off [because I needed to change the business email] - not sure if the turning off triggered the deletion and then I re-turned it on

A day and a half if I calculated correctly. Edit: Maybe because I switched to a business profile? I did that today but I'm not sure if that's the reason why.
