Growing Instagram Organically

Hey guys! As a 70k+ travel account, I'm just wondering on average how many followers should I be growing organically a day? I'm getting lots of reach but sometimes very little follows. >.< [From Hashtags]
Does anyone know around how many hashtags impressions would equal to 1 follow just on average?

I don't think there's something close to a range. It depends of your content, profile, targeted market etc.

No idea really, but if it's useful to you a 70k account that I follow says she gains pretty much 100 followers a day.

Thanks! Was looking for this. I gain around 150 followers a day so I was thought if it was like nothing but thanks for the numbers!
