I made a video calling EthereumMax a scam and investors in the coin mass flagged me. YT says i was banned for spam, scams, deceptive practices. But when I ask them to tell me something specific, they lead me in circles saying "spam, scams, deceptive practices/"

Yes - offer artists a chance on the channel for them to get notices. Also, sell merch if the channel is in a specific niche. For instance, if you're doing EDM, sell some Rave T-shirts.

Start over, send what ever engagement you have there to your new account. Then sell the old one.
