Yes, card was bought 1year ago, Currently using Entropay card but 5% charges are heavy! They shud make 5% to 2-3% atleast. Entropay also charge higher than USD price, 1usd = 65 INR in entropay system!

I think your safe, but 2k is huge amount, they may try to catch in all the ways. I suggest to resolve the dispute with paypal, Call up them and speak with senior executive and elaborate the matter, Be safe!

In many cases they try to recover from VCC, if they failed to recover they simply close the dispute in your favour and limit your account 180 days as far as i know.

+1 I also suggest using Entropay, It is safe and easy!

Instead of using VCC (high risk in block of paypal account), Use Entropay card which is safe.

I have stopped using them from past 2months due to not accepting card payments and no option to withdraw, It's better payza itself get shutdown. Most of the users are afraid to use payza.

I'm afraid that you can't change a proxy every minute and it's not a good idea, 10minutes is good IMO.

I will suggest to use PD-Proxy, they have trail service and better software.
