Hi, calls are managed with a PBX on the suppliers end and I just get a log in for the duration of the job, when I was using odesk I had my own PBX.

Ok'ish South Africans about 4USD per hour, good ones up to 10USD (includes all call costs) and then a really good UK telesales person would be 20/30 quid an hour, and if they are cheaper then they are most likely crap. A really good salesperson in the UK will not work for less than 200 per day...

it was most likely fiverr that screwed you, Crork is a busy man doing heavy volume, he's got better things to do that snitch on you for violating TOS. and I agree with webwhizz - crork is a good seller and I too have used him often, - never had a problem.

happens all the time to me with rank tracker, after an update it usually works well but starts missing results a few weeks later, it doesn't do the blood pressure any good when a big money site "vanishes" on rank tracker.
