Rank Tracker Not Picking Up Keyword

I'm having issues with the PowerSuite Rank Tracker. It seems to be showing a keyword as not in the top 100, when in fact its on the second page. Could there be a reason for this? And is anyone experiencing this as well?

I think it's a bug, this has happened to me before a number of times.

Yeah, I just spoke to their customer support and they are telling me its because of my IP being blocked due to constant queries!

Surprisingly, I experienced the same problem in Traffic Travis? No rank report for 1 keyword

happens all the time to me with rank tracker, after an update it usually works well but starts missing results a few weeks later, it doesn't do the blood pressure any good when a big money site "vanishes" on rank tracker.
